Zoho ManageEngine Endpoint Central: Warning of new IT security vulnerability

The Federal Office for Security in Information Technology (BSI) published a security advisory for Zoho ManageEngine Endpoint Central on March 11, 2024. The security vulnerability affects the operating systems Linux, MacOS X and Windows as well as the product Zoho ManageEngine Endpoint Central.

Zoho ManageEngine Endpoint Central Bug: Vulnerability allows code execution

ManageEngine Endpoint Central is a desktop and mobile device management software.

A remote, anonymous attacker could exploit a vulnerability in Zoho ManageEngine Endpoint Central to execute arbitrary code.

The vulnerability was classified using the CVE (Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures) referencing system by the individual serial number CVE-2024-2370.
